Confirm Before You Enroll
Ask the provider to confirm, in writing, the monthly rate during and after any promotional period, the contract length, any early-termination fee, installation and equipment charges, and whether the quoted price assumes AutoPay. Those five answers account for almost every unexpected bill we hear about.
